Our team offers “traditional” therapy in which a client meets with a therapist on an individual basis at least once a month to improve mental health and or substance use symptoms and conditions. To begin therapy, a client will meet with a therapist for an initial assessment and, with their therapist, will develop an individualized treatment plan that will provide the focus for ongoing therapy sessions. Progress on the treatment plan will be regularly assessed to ensure the client’s goals are addressed in therapy. Most patients engage in therapy for a period of 6 months to two years depending upon the client’s needs and preference.“- from their website

Helena Indian Alliance also offers:

  • A Patient Community Resource Advocate, who manages the agency’s internal assistance program for Native American clients, including overseeing the Native food pantry.
  • A Certified Application Counselor, who is certified to assist patients in accessing and maintaining insurance coverage.
  • Therapeutic groups
  • Court Ordered Assessments and Care
  • Integrated Behavioral Health services, to support with diet, sleep, or chronic pain management.
